Eighteenth Annual U.P. Long Term Care Facilities Best Practices Conference for you! The goal

of the conference is to give Upper Peninsula facility administrators and their staff the opportunity to

network with their peers, and share successful concepts and practices that can be utilized in their

facilities.

The Navigating Challenges in Long Term Care is designed to be interactive and informal.

Administrators, directors of nurses, social workers, activity directors, and facility medical

directors/physicians are encouraged to attend along with any other staff members you feel could
