Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. MATTER OF BALANCE is an 8-session workshop designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength - helping people reduce fall risk, strengthen their confidence, and become more active.
In an education support-group style, MATTER OF BALANCE helps people to:
View falls and fear of falling as controllable
Set goals for increasing activity
Make changes to reduce fall risks
Learn and practice exercises to help with balance
This will be a virtual class! You can attend from anywhere!
All classes will be emailed ot you and hosted via Zoom.
