All organizations that submitted a Letter of Intent to UPCAP/UPAAA have been sent the documents required to complete the FY 2026 AAA Funding Proposal Request.

For your convenience, all required documents are also available in fillable PDF format below including proposal forms, instructions, and supporting documents for future reference.

Please review the instructions carefully before completing any forms.  We will accept either electronic or mailed copies, depending on your preference.

Completed proposals must be submitted to UPCAP no later than 4:00 PM ET on Monday, August 11, 2025, for mailed submissions or reference, our mailing address is:
