All organizations that submitted a Letter of Intent to UPCAP/UPAAA have been sent the documents required to complete the FY 2027-2029 Multi-Year AAA Request for Proposals.

Please review the instructions carefully before completing any forms. We will accept either electronic or mailed copies, depending on your preference.
Completed proposals must be submitted to UPCAP no later than 4:00 PM ET on Monday, August 10, 2026, for mailed submissions or reference, our mailing address is:
