U.P. 2-1-1 Database

Who can be listed in the U.P. 2-1-1 Database?

Non-profit organizations and government agencies can be listed as well as their programs or services. These organizations and agencies must provide health and human services to residents of the Upper Peninsula in order to be listed in the database. Please read our inclusion policy for more information about having your agency or organization included in the database.

If you would like your agency included in the U.P. 2-1-1 database, read the Inclusion/Exclusion Policy to see if your agency meets the requirements.

If you believe your agency qualifies, complete and return the Agency Information Form.   The Call Center will review the information for inclusion in the database.

How do we collect and update information in our database?

The U.P. 2-1-1 database is updated daily as changes in local services and resources occur.   Proofing documents are sent to every agency in the database on an annual basis.   We encourage all agencies to call 2-1-1 when they have a new program or when a current program ends in order for the information to stay as current as possible.
